General Policies

The guest could place an order for Lunch or Dinner from our in house menu or step outside. As we don’t allow food from outside. Please note that no room service or food is allowed to the domes. All the dining is in the bungalow. We will be taking 100% advance payment for bookings ,all weekends starting from Friday till Sunday and all long holidays in the Calender year 2024. Please check the dates and advance amount to be transferred before taking any booking from here on.

Cancellation Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rooms. Outside food is not allowed inside the property. We recommend carrying a pair of trekking shoes for outdoor activities, insect repellent spray, and clothing according to the weather. For any disputes in payments and any other legal disputes, the jurisdiction of the court will be at Kalpetta in Wayanad district, Kerala . The hotel management have full rights to charge the customers for any violation or damages caused inside the property. The management is not responsible for any accident, loss of personal possession and injuries within the property.
