General Policies

We are not hosting any pets in our property.

Amendment / changes of bookings is allowed until only 72 hours prior to arrival. Request will be considered as per availability.

 Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception. -

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

  It is not allowed to cause any disturbance to other guests nor cause any nuisance or annoyance in the hotel premises.

 Guests are requested to adhere to the resort's noise policy and respect the privacy of other guests. - For any damage done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guests are liable to make up for the charges in full, and for the amount as seen appropriate by the management.

The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Guests are requested to use the in-room safe for their valuables. –

The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates the resort's policies or behaves in an inappropriate manner.

Check-In Policy 1. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed.

2. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 PM.

3. Guests arriving before 2:00 PM will be allowed to use the resort's restaurant while their rooms are being prepared.

 4. It is mandatory for all guests to share their valid ID cards upon check- in.

 5. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

6. Guests are requested to settle their bills on check-out. The resort accepts cash / Bank transfer / UPI transactions.

7. Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.

Extra Guest Details

 The maximum number of guests allowed in each room will be determined by the room type and occupancy limits set by the resort management.

 Guests are required to inform the resort management in advance of any additional guests or children who will be staying in their room.

The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any additional guests or children who are not declared at the time of booking or check-in.

Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children and additional guests at all times while on the resort premises.

The resort may provide additional bedding, linens, or other amenities for extra guests, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

8. Guests are advised to check the room occupancy limits and pricing policies before making a reservation.

9. The resort reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice to guests. Parking Policy

1. The parking facility provided by the resort is available for use by all guests, free of charge.

2. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 3. Large vehicles, such as buses, RVs, or trailers, are not permitted to park on the premises without prior approval from resort management.

4. The resort assumes no liability for loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

 5. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are parked in a safe and responsible manner.

 6. The resort reserves the right to tow any vehicle that is parked in violation of this policy.

7. Overnight parking is permitted for registered guests only.

8. The resort is not responsible for any personal property left in vehicles parked on the premises.

9. Guests are encouraged to lock their vehicles and remove any valuables from sight.

10. The resort reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Child Policy

Children up-to 10 Years of age can stay free above 10 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.

2. Extra guests above the age of 10 years will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 1500 per person, per night.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy : 1. The advance amount paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable. 2. No-Show Policy: If guests do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and have not canceled their reservation, the resort will charge a no- show fee equal to the first night's room rate plus tax. 3. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability. 4. Any rescheduling is only allowed once, and the booking date should be within 60 days from the initial check in date. 5. Tariff changes will be applicable for rescheduling (if there are any new tariffs introduced for the new rescheduling dates)
